Bloom The Duo are a Sydney-based act blending rich guitar work with powerful, soulful vocals. They’ve become a familiar name across Sydney’s live music and events scene, delivering performances that feel both intimate and full of energy.
APRA award-winning guitarist and songwriter Daniel March brings creativity, versatility, and a distinctive live-looping style to the duo’s sound. He has shared stages with artists including Guy Sebastian, Ian Moss, Diesel, Darryl Braithwaite, and Jon Stevens.
Vocalist Kalena Haireka brings warmth, emotion, and authenticity to every performance, with a style rooted in soul, folk, R&B, blues, and pop. She has toured with Jessica Mauboy, worked alongside Tones And I, collaborated with internationally renowned musicians including Rhonda Smith (Prince, Chaka Khan) and Troy Laureta (Arian Grande, David Foster) and she has also studied at Berklee College of Music.
Known for adaptable sets that move seamlessly from stripped-back acoustic moments to crowd favourites, Bloom The Duo tailors every performance to suit the atmosphere — whether at weddings, corporate events, private functions, or live venues — creating a memorable experience built on connection, versatility, and musicianship.

Ceremony Only
Half an hour of pre ceremony acoustic music as guests arrive, to set the tone of the event.
All the formalities including wedding processional, signing of the registry, recessional.
Canape + Ceremony
As well as the ceremony service outlined above an additional:
2 x 45 min live acoustic sets to create the perfect atmosphere during canapés and celebrations.
Full Package
As well as the ceremony and canapé package outlined above an additional:
2 x 45 min live acoustic music sets to entertain guests throughout the first half of the reception including dinner before the DJ takes over.

Trio or Band / DJ options
We also offer trio, 4-piece, and 5-piece band options, with additional musicians available for your reception, as well as DJ sets to keep the dance floor going after the live music concludes.
